Job Description

The Eastern Shores School Board is seeking a School/Center Secretary to join the Northern Lights Adult and Vocational Education Center in Sept-Îles.

The successful candidate will support the smooth operation of the center by coordinating administrative tasks, assisting staff and visitors, and managing various school-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide reception services and assist students, staff, and visitors.
Manage administrative files and school records.
Assist with payroll processing, staff absences, and substitute management.
Handle billing and financial transactions using GPI software.
Coordinate transportation requests and related documentation.
Support general office operations and administrative activities.
