McDonald’s Famille Ross – Sept-Îles

McDonald’s Famille Ross is currently hiring team members for its Sept-Îles location. Opportunities are available in the front counter, drive-thru and kitchen, primarily for evening shifts.

These positions are well suited to students, newcomers and anyone looking to gain experience in customer service, food preparation and teamwork. Training can be provided in English.

Kitchen Team Member

Main responsibilities include:

Preparing fries, poutines and fried products
Toasting buns and cooking meat and grilled chicken
Assembling sandwiches and adding requested condiments
Preparing ingredients and restocking food stations
Monitoring holding times and product quality
Washing dishes and cleaning kitchen equipment
Cleaning fryers, grills, workstations and food preparation areas
Handling waste and maintaining the dining room when required
Following food safety procedures and the instructions of the manager on duty

Previous kitchen experience is an asset but is not required for all tasks.

Language requirement: English-speaking applicants are welcome.
