Main Responsibilities

Check in passengers and verify travel documents
Handle baggage according to company procedures
Use the company’s check-in and reservation system; training will be provided
Assist passengers as they proceed to the aircraft
Provide additional support to passengers with special needs
Communicate and collaborate with pilots, flight attendants and ground personnel
Support daily administrative and airport station operations
Respond to passenger questions and concerns calmly and professionally
Assist during flight delays, cancellations and missed connections
Complete incident reports, delay reports and other required documentation
Follow all safety, security and confidentiality procedures
