Financial Resources The Provincial Government Loans and Bursaries Program The Loans and Bursaries Program is meant for full-time students or students deemed full-time in occupational training, college or university programs. The purpose of the program is to enable individuals with insufficient financial resources to pursue their studies by providing financial assistance. Desjardins Academic’s scholarship Desjardins Foundation scholarships give many youths access to technical, vocational or post-secondary studies. TD Canada Trust Leadership Scholarship TD Scholarships for Community Leadership are open to students across Canada who are in their final year of high school or CEGEP; have a minimum overall grade average of 75% in their most recently completed school year and have demonstrated community leadership. The Citadel Foundation’s bursaries The Citadel foundation offers bursaries to students from the Quebec region or studying in the Quebec region seeking to pursue higher education at the post-secondary level.
